New shooters are always welcome and mentors are available to help you enjoy your first match, so regardless of your skill level you can come out and have a great time. The best matches for a first timer are Steel Challenge or the Thursday Night Practice Match.
Some matches require pre-registration on Practiscore.com. Practiscore registration always opens on Sunday at 7 PM and fills up quickly.
Sometimes matches get cancelled or the start time changes. Please always check the calendar of upcoming events at the bottom of the page.

THURSDAY PRACTICE MATCH
Thursday nights at 5 & 7 PM
Difficulty: Easy to Moderate
Pre-registration is required. Please visit practiscore.com to register online.
Registration opens the Sunday before the match at 7 PM
Two start times available at 5:15 PM and 6:45 PM
New shooters must attend a meeting at 6:00 PM and then shoot at 6:45 PM
Handguns and pistol caliber carbine only, 9mm minimum
USPSA safety rules and hit factor scoring
80-100 required hits (bring double the ammo your first time)
Holster must be at belt level and completely cover the trigger guard
At least 3 mags recommended

Match fees are $25.

Difficulty: Moderate to Advanced

Various practical shooting scenarios and USPSA classifier stage
Start time 9 AM October through March; 8 AM April through September
Handguns and pistol caliber carbine only, 9mm minimum
6 stages (5 stages plus the classifier stage)
100-150 required hits (bring double the ammo your first time)
Match fees are $30.

The classifier stage is important for your national USPSA ranking so this is a match you don't want to miss. USPSA membership recommended but not required.

Start time 9 AM October through March; 8 AM April through September
Pistol, pistol caliber carbine, rimfire pistol and rimfire rifle, both iron sights and optics allowed
Match fees are $25

- $12 discount for additional entry (same squad, different division)

Sanctioned match uploaded to Steel Challenge national database (USPSA members)
8 timed stages - 5 strings each - 195 required hits
Recommend 300+ rounds of ammunition and 5 mags

Difficulty: Easy
Pre-registration is not required (bring cash or check)
Practice for competition in a family-friendly environment
Match fees are $15
Starts around 6 PM
Most stages are for pistol calibers. Some designated rifle targets.
Electric BBQ grill available, bring something to grill if you like
